Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar along with actresses Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrat Bharucha reached Ayodhya on Thursday at noon for the Mahurat of their upcoming movie ‘Ram Setu’. The Bollywood actors were welcomed to Raj Sadan by Raja Ayodhya Vimalendra Mohan Pratap Mishra and his son Yatindra Mishra by giving mementos and Angvastra.

The Mahurat was done on the premises of the temple of Ram Lalla. However, the actor’s planned visit to Ram Ki Paidi was canceled due to a huge gathering of his fans.
The actors reached Lucknow Airport on Thursday morning and took a road route to Ayodhya where they performed the Mahurat Puja in front of Ramlalla in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Jacqueline and Nushrat also joined Akshay for the occasion. The actor shared a photo of the Puja organized in Ayodhya, where he sought the blessings of Lord Ram before the film’s shooting begins.
