Night curfew from 6 pm to 4 am imposed in Manipur by the govt till Dec 31
Due to the rising COVID-19 cases, the Manipur government has imposed a night curfew from 6 pm to 4 am till December 31 or any further notice by the government. Trucks carryings goods, officials on duty, and essential services are not obliged to follow the night curfew. Shops in Thabgal and Paona Bazaars except the wholesale shops will be closed on Sundays and will run according to the Monday-Saturday roster.
The number of guests at social events or customary events is restricted to 20. The total number of cases in the state is 24,292 with the death toll rising to 256.
