The chief of the “Pakistan Army” gives a warning to the supporters of Imran Khan about violence.
The “head of the Pakistani Army” paid a salute to those who gave their lives by visiting Sialkot Garrison and laying a “floral wreath” at the Martyrs’ Monument.
According to ARY News, General Asim Munir, the “Chief of Army Staff (COAS)” of Pakistan, “tragic incidents that were planned and organised” like the attack on military installations on May 9 will never be tolerated again under any circumstances.
During his visit to the “Sialkot Garrison,” the army chief said: “No one is allowed to disrespect our soldiers, who sacrifice their lives for the nation, and their monuments. They serve as an inspiration and a source of pride for government officials, members of the Armed forces, and Pakistan’s citizens.
According to “Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR),” Asim Munir visited Sialkot Garrison and laid a “floral wreath” at the Martyrs’ Monument while paying rich tribute to those who gave their lives for the honour, dignity, and good of the country.
He reportedly said that the individuals who died “have received the promise of an ideal abode in life afterwards and shall continue to uphold the highest standards of regard amongst the citizens of Pakistan.”
Mr. Munir added, “The State of Pakistan” and its “Armed Forces” will never forget those who gave their lives defending the country along with their loved ones with the deepest respect and will constantly honour them as well as their incomparable contributions with the greatest of honour and respect.
According to the News agency, the army chief emphasised that tragic incidents that have recently been planned and orchestrated will never be tolerated again at any price.
The COAS reassured the positions and file that whoever found responsible for harming the nation on May 9’s “Black Day” would unquestionably face punishment.
Furthermore, he was grateful for the professionalism, tenacity, high morale, and diligent work of under-command formations.
The chief of the army declared, “The military forces will not authorize any attempts to violate the security and sanctity of its installations or vandalism. We have made a decision to prosecute everyone involved in the planning, encouragement, instigation, and “executors of destruction on the Black Day of May 9th.”
