Comedian Bharti and Harsh granted bail in drugs case
Famous comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya were granted bail by special NDPS court in Mumbai. The couple was arrested by NCB over ganja consumption. During the court hearings, their lawyer said that the offenses are punishable with imprisonment for up to 1 year, as the quantities involved are really small, hence bail can be granted and he also added that ‘Bharti is a lady and she is diabetic’.
86.5 grama ganja was found from her office and house and the couple had accepted consumption of drugs before NCB
