White hat Jr gets partial gag order against Poonia In defamation case of Rs20 cr
Edtech startup Whitehat Jr has received a partial gag order by Delhi high court against engineer Pradeep Poonia in Rs 20 crore defamation case against him. White hat Jr has charged Praddep poonia with hacking the and trademark violation aside from defamation. Poonia will have to take down some of the tweets which are accusing White Har Jr of being a ‘Ponzi scheme’ as a part of an ad-interim injunction.
It is not a final decision in the case and the court will hear both sides again on January 6. Poonia is given time to reply to the defamation suit.
